2nd Take off Istanbul: International Start-up Summit, an international entrepreneurship event implemented within the context of ICYF initiated Young Business Hub Startup platform Project, organized in cooperation with the T3 Foundation, with the Support of Turkish Presidency Investment Agency and with the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Industry and Technology held on 16-19 September 2019 in Istanbul on the side-lines of Teknofest 2019.
ICYF was a partner at the 2nd Take off Istanbul: International Startup Summit within the framework of Young Business Hub. The call for application was made in July through the YBH platform. In this process, 10427 people registered to the system. 491 people completed the application process as a startup. And according to the Protocol of Cooperation with the T3 Foundation, the 10 startups that were considered successful were invited to the summit. 8 startups attended the 2nd Take off Istanbul: International Startup Summit.
The Expo took place with the participation of the most promising 300+ global startups in 7 strategic verticals, got on stage to pitch for the international jury, VCs, and world-leading companies, leading more than 150 rockstar mentors from the global startup eco-system guide and support startups covering all important sectors and industries, pitching and networking sessions with 200+ investors, business angels, VCs and the best accelerators from Turkey, MENA, US, ASEAN and Europe and partnership opportunities with 100+multinational and regional corporate and public companies represented by innovative and digital executives.
